Raypaul parts washers can consist of simple wash and rinse stages or contain multiple stages for various wash, rinse and pre-treatments that your parts might require. All of our washer utilize high capacity pumps, along with CPVC risers and clip on adjustable nozzles to provide optimum wash capability. We also add a throttle valve, pressure and temperature gauges, as well as flush caps for riser cleaning, to make a practical, maintenance friendly spray system. Larger wash systems include access doors and grate covered tanks to allow for walk troughs and convenient maintenance access.

Exhausts are provided standard with ducting designed for vapor capture to help keep your shop environment free from nuisance steam. Water level controls provide automatic mater make-up for convenience. Marine style clean out doors are also provideed to allow for easy access for tank cleaning and solid waste removal. This helps to prolong the life of the heating elements.
