Raypaul's industrial ovens are constructed with 4" insulated panels standard, custom thicknesses and densities can also be incorporated into your oven design as necessary. Panel seams are also insulated during the erection of the oven and all structural steel is high temp coated to avoid rusting. The duct work inside the oven is designed for optimum air distribution and to facilitate even, repeatable curing and/or drying. Duct systems are connected to name brand fans and motors that will provide years of worry-free operation.

Raypaul designs and assembles al of its own control panels. We are an ELT approved panel shop, which means all of our control panels will be designed for reliable as well as "SAFE" operation.
